We’re hiring an Account Manager to ensure our customers experience delight and success with Chartable.

You will manage Chartable’s most important customers—some of the greatest content creators and the most innovative agencies and advertisers in podcasting. You will ensure our customers understand our products and are successful using them. You’ll discern what needs to be improved to ensure customer success.

You will

  • Manage accounts from a product and support perspective
  • Work closely with our customers to ensure their campaigns start and end without a hitch
  • Provide training and education on our products and new features
  • Hear our clients’ feedback and report it back to the product team
  • Execute special projects as needed
